Return and exchange policy
You can make a request for reimbursement or exchange of products, within 30 days of receipt. The products must be new, labeled and in their original packaging. Hygiene and food products are neither returned nor exchanged.
To request a return, download and complete the return or exchange form. The form is at the bottom of the page. Send the form to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org , specifying the invoice number in the subject line.
Who pays the return costs?
If the order error is attributed to our services or if the product is unusable, the return or exchange of the product will not cost you anything. In this case, we will send you a pre-filled Colissimo label, to stick on the package.
However, for all other reasons, the return costs will be at your expense. However, for all other reasons, the return costs will be at your expense. You can either chose a refund or an exchange. Refunds are done with the payment method used when ordering, without shipping costs. For exchange, Mon-vestiaire will return the remplacement article to you free of change, upon receipt and verification of your initial product.
Mon-vestiaire reserves the right to refuse any return which would be considered non-compliant.
